With so many unanswered questions, and so many questions we are afraid to ask, there is a reluctance to readily talk about issues related to our mental health and understand how our mind’s circuit boards are wired. This issue affects all of us at some time or the other, and for some it takes over their lives and that of their families.

Dr. Vahia touched upon many of the issues close to home such as anxiety, stress, depression, suicidal feelings, phobias and wove all of them together in the context of the fatigue of COVID.
His impactful advice to the viewers and his replies to the multitude of questions, would best be heard in his own words. Please watch Dr. Vihang Vahia’s Full Session Click here
