Two metro lines in western suburbs to start operations within eight months: Devendra Fadnavis

Mumbai: Chief minister Devendra Fadnavis conducted a review of infrastructure projects in the state on Monday and said that two elevated metro lines in the western suburbs-Dahisar-DN Nagar Metro 2A and Dahisar East-Andheri East Metro 7 – will start operations in the next eignt moonths. Once operationalized, the two lines are expected to cater to more than 16 lakh commuters.
