BMC chief clears proposal that will benefit all housing societies, but awaits standing committee approval.

If you segregate garbage and dispose of your own wet and dry waste, you cam get a property tax waiver of up to 7 per cent. The BMC has cleared a proposal to give property tax rebates to all residential housing societies that segregate wet and dry waste.
