SC gives nod to 14,000cr Mumbai coastal road project

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday gave the go-ahead for the Rs 14,000 crore Mumbai coastal road project, planned to ease flow of traffic between northern and southern areas of the metropolis, by staying a five-month-old Bombay HC verdict which had stalled work on the ground of lack of environmental and wildlife clearances.
