New Mumbai rail line to open on Sunday

Mumbai: In a big relief to rail commuters in Mumbai, the Railways will throw open phase 1 of the 12. 4-km Nerul-Belapur-Seawoods-Kharkopar suburban railway line on Sunday. The work on the remaining 14. 3-km stretch from Kharkopar to Uran is under progress and is likely to be completed by 2020, an official said.
