Mumbai: Wrong-side offenders are mostly bikers, autos

Online road safety forumn MNCDF (Mumbai North Central District Forum) and Roads of Mumbai made an RTI plea to the traffic police after receiving “significant number of complaints about motorists blatantly driving in the wrong directin.” The two forums have 30000 followers collectively on Twitter.
