MCGM Launches WhatsApp Chatbot for providing 80+ services to Citizens

On Friday 14th January’22, the BMC/MCGM launched a dedicated and comprehensive WhatsApp chatbot – ‘MyBMC Assist’

The chatbot for 80 plus citizen services, is available in English and Marathi 24/7. It will allow people to use WhatsApp to reach out to the administration, seek support, access a wide range of resources and get their queries addressed.
