Maharashtra Pollution Control Board – Amendment for Maharashtra Non Biodegradable (Garbage Control) Act 2006

The Maharashtra Environment and Climate Change Department has made amendments in Maharashtra Plastic & Thermocol Products (Manufacture, Usage, Sale, Transport, Handling & Storage) notification of 2018 of the Maharashtra Non Biodegradable Garbage (Control) Act 2006

The following additional items are inserted:
“Ban on plastic coated & laminated disposable dish, cups, plates, glasses, fork, bowl, container (Single use products)” made from paper/Aluminium etc.
