Maharashtra: Lok Sabha verdict may unfold on traffic signboards

Mumbai: Gear up for an exciting ride on May 23. The election commission is toying with a plan to flash poll results on electronic signboards on the streets when the verdict unfolds on the world’s largest democratic exercise.

The proposal drafted by the commission’s official in Maharashtra envisages commuters on the road having instant access to constituency-wise tallies and Lok Sabha scores on counting day.
