EVMs are tamper-proof, ballot paper is history: CEC on eve of poll declaration

Mumbai: Ballot paper is history and will not make a comeback, said Chief Election Commissioner (ECE) Sunil Arora who is in the city, along with election commissioners Ashok Lavasa and Sunil Chandra, to review the preparedness ahead of the Maharashtra assembly elections.
