Double-parking on every road, traffic chaotic, says Bombay HC

Observing that traffic in Mumbai is chaotic, Bombay high court on Monday said there was day and night double parking on every road.

A bench of Justices Satyaranjan Dharmadhikari and Riyaz Chagla, hearing a PIL by Tekchand Khanchandani regarding illegal parking and non-access for pedestrians, was told that the situation had not improved.
