Don’t collect rent for 3 months, Maharashtra housing department advises landlords

The state housing department on Friday issued a circular asking landlords and home owners to postpone collecting rents from tenants for at least three months due to the lockdown. It also said that during this period no tenant should be evicted by the landlord because of non-payment of rent.
