Mumbai: BMC chief Praveen Pardeshi shed his bureaucratic trappings and chose the smarter option to get to an event on time. He took a Western Railway local from Ram Mandir to Churchgate to get to the launch of an Indo-Dutch partnership event in south Mumbai Wednesday afternoon.
