BMC back to sealing whole buildings in parts of suburbs

With a spike in the positivity percentage among high-risk contacts (HRCs) in Dahisar, Borivli and Kandivali, the BMC has once again decided to seal entire buildings or at least entire wings if even just one COVID-19 positive patient is found. But this has not gone down well with several residents who say that since lockdown restrictions have been eased, restricting the movements of those who live in flats or floors that are unaffected is unacceptable.
