200 buildings in Kandivali sprayed with disinfectants

The residents coordinated with the BMC during the weekend to spray chemicals in the commonareas such as staircases.

The residents of Thakur Complex in Kandivali (E) undertook a massive drive to spray disinfectants in 200 buildings. They coordinated with the BMC during the weekend, forming groups of 4 people – two residents and two civic workers – and visited every building for spraying. It was part of the measure to contain the outbreak of Covid-19. The common areas such as staircases, the main entrance and the gates of the buildings were sprayed with chemicals.
