Mumbai’s helmetless cop called out on Twitter Last year hasn’t paid fine

A year after an alert citizen tweeted about a uniformed cop riding without a helmet and led to the Mumbai Police issuing him an e-challan, the fine amount remains unpaid. The embarrassing discovery was made by a south Mumbai businessman recently when he entered the cop’s e-challan number on the traffic department’s payment portal.
