Electoral rolls will have voters’ photos this time

EC says you still have time to register; voters will be added till a week before nominations.

The Election Commission has said that the electoral rolls will have photos of all voters in the upcoming general elections to rule out the possibility of impersonation.

Dilip Shinde, additional chief electoral officer of Maharashtra, said that the official will ensure that the voters’ list in each election booth will have photo against the voter’s name.
