BMC plans underpass across WEH for smooth Dindoshi-Goregaon (W) drive
Mumbai: Soon, motorists commuting between Dindoshi and Goregaon (Wet) won’t have to worry about the crawl at the Oberoi Mall junction, where the vehicular speed dips below 10kmph during peak hours, if everything goes as per BMC plan.
The civic body plans to construct an East-West underpass to bypass the traffic signal on the Western Express Highway. This will be the 1st underpass in the city where heavy vehicles will also be able to run, a senior BMC said.
