8 of 24 pothole complaint helplines set up by Mumbai civic body are not working

You can send complaints about potholes to the civic body on WhatsApp, a mobile messaging application, this monsoon too, but don’t expect a solution or response.

Reason: Eight of the 24 numbers of Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) road engineers (one for each ward) published in newspapers on Monday either don’t work or are not connected to WhatsApp.
