BMC to appoint consultant to study problems with signalling system after traffic police’s letter.
Motorists have long been grumbling about erratic signals that turn red after just a few, lucky cars cross over. Now, the city traffic police have joined the chorus and demanded from the BMC an overhaul of the signalling system, which runs on a 2006 software that was never updated.
