Police start free 24×7 cab for essential trips

The department has tied up with Mahindra & Mahindra to provide transport for citizens, particularly disabled people, elderly and pregnant women.

Mumbai police in collaboration with car manufacturer Mahindra & Mahindra has started a free round-the-clock cab service between Dahisar and Bandra for those in need of essential trips during the lockdown. The department rolled out the Alyte service at Thakur village in Kandivali (East).
