Operation Khataara: More than 20 vehicles lying on the road cause traffic jam along WEH

For the past three to four days, dozens of khataaras –  cars and autorickshaws – have been lying on the right and left lanes of the Western Express Highway (WEH) alongside a flyover near Kandivali. The residents have raised the issue with the traffic police and other authorities concerned.
