Mumbai’s weather to become chillier this week, says Met bureau
Even as the city gears up for festivities, the weather is likely to add to the joy of Mumbaikars as according to weathermen, this week might see the minimum temperatures dropping to around 14 degree or so.
Officials from the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said that entire Maharashtra will witness lower temperatures due to the strong effect of the Northerlies that bring cooler winds. “While the city will witness a significant dip in temperatures, other regions, mainly north Madhya Maharashtra, will be under the effect of cold waves until December 28,” an official from the weather department said.
