Mumbai: Soon, waste to go to Ambernath

The BMC plans to soon commence a waste treatment plant at Ambernath.

The solid waste management department is in the process of acquisition of land at Karavale in Ambernath taluka. While the government had given possession of 30 acres of the land last year, the rest is yet to be handed over.
