Electronics, hardware stores to reopen today

Each road to have one standalone store open, according to BMC order.

Electronics and hardware stores – one on each road – will reopen today following a BMC order to this effect. In a directive issued late on Wednesday, BMC Commissioner Praveen Pardeshi said there is an “urgent need to keep such shops open to some extent”, given people’s dependence on IT, electronic and hardware goods.
