Containment zones in Mumbai now under CCTV surveillance

To put in place stricter restrictions in the city’s 212 Covid-19 containment zones, the BMC has decided to monitor the areas through its network of CCTV cameras. The feed will be accessible at the civic disaster control room at the BMC’s headquarters at Fort. The network’s feed comes form 5,000 cameras across the city.
