Complete lockdown in ten NMMC zones from today

The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) will implement a complete lockdown in ten special containment zones from Monday to July 5. All establishments except medical and milk shops will remain closed during this period. Even vegetable shops and provision stores will remain closed. Strict restrictions have been placed on people’s movements. The step has been taken to halt the spread of the coronavirus, NMMC officials said.
