Clear society dues or lose rights, registrar tell owner

Registrar won’t entertain complaints if flat owner fails to pay maintenance charges

If a flat owner refuses to pay maintenance charges levied by his/her housing society. S/he not only loses the right to file maintenance complaints, but will also be asked to clear the pending dues first, according to an order passed by the Registrar of Housing Societies.
