Two years on, committee proposals for Dombivli factory blast still on paper

It has been almost two years since the Probase chemical company blast took place in Dombivli, which killed 12 and injured over 200 people and one year since the inquiry committee submitted its report and recommendations to the government. Apart from compensating the dead and the injured, none of the recommendations have been implemented yet.
