Traffic cop who challaned good samaritan transferred

A Rabale traffic police unit constable has been transferred to the administration section for imposing fine on a good samaritan motorist who offered lift to people in need during heavy rain. The Vashi police station inspector (administration) has been directed to conduct a preliminary enquiry.
