PWD plans pothole repair on Western and Eastern Express Highways
Harried commuters using the arterial Western and Eastern Express Highways may have some respite with the state Public Works Department (PWD) planning comprehensive repairs of potholed sections during a lull in the rains. “We have three mobile units for filling potholes on the Western Express Highway (WEH) using cold mix asphalt during the rains,” said a senior PWD official.
