Plastic ban: Garbage bin liners are banned
BMC says compostable liners are allowed; says it’s going easy on the product as of now.
Despite repeated claims that bin liners are not part of the banned plastic items, the BMC confirmed their inclusion and clarified that some time will be granted before the civic body cracks down on their usage.
