Mazgaon pollution worse than Delhi’s as AQI soars to 415
Mumbai: Even as the bad air quality in the national capital has grabbed all attention, Mumbai’s Mazgaon breached the ‘severe’ category on Tuesday. The AQI (Air Quality Index) in that area, as monitored bt SAFAR (System of Air Quality Weather Forecasting and Research), was 415 on Tuesday evening. It has been consistently high for the past few days owing to construction activity.
