BEST’s hybrid AC buses to hit streets today, begin at BKC

Hybrid buses, that run on both diesel and electricity, will finally roll out on Mumbai’s streets and 25 of them will begin operating from March 16.

UPS Madan, Metropolitan Commissioner, said, “We are going to hand over all the 25 hybrid buses to the BEST on Friday after the launching ceremony. They would probably start the services from Friday itself.”
