Article by Justice Sujata Manohar in the Hindu

We are happy to note that a member of our Panel of Experts, Justice Sujata Manohar, a former Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court and retired Supreme Court Judge, recently had an article featured in the esteemed publication ‘The Hindu’, in the Thursday 14th July Issue of their Mumbai Edition.

The article dealt with the controversial issue of heritage versus development, which while relevant for the entire city, is nowhere better exemplified than in the High Court itself. The need for better infrastructure and the demand to conserve the beautiful and historic High Court Building needing to be balanced.
