App for citizens to help make Mumbai city cleaner
If you are concerned with your city’s cleanliness or you want your locality to be cleaner, it might be a good idea to download a government-backed mobile app. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) will address citizens’ complaints registered through the mobile app within 12 hours.
The application ‘Swachhata-MoUD’, which can be downloaded from Google Play Store, will help the government evaluate cities on the cleanliness index through active citizen engagement.
