Andheri restaurants eat into parking space

A city already starved of parking space is facing a further crunch as restaurants are usurping space on roads for private parking for their patrons. Residents in the Oshiwara-Lokhandwala belt have complained about establishments which have put up ‘no parking’ signs or barricade the roads to stop others from parking there, without the requisite permission from the BMC or traffic police.
