Illegal Dumping near Mangroves

For the past several days, dumpers have been dumping construction debris and stones in the mangroves near Hanuman Nagar. This is obviously the work of some builder who wants to illegally reclaim the land for unauthorised construction. I have complained to the Parksite Police Station but they say it is not in their jurisdiction. Please help!
