How to Renew Your Driving Licence?
A Driving Licence is renewed with effect from the date of its expiry or when the application is made before its expiry or within thirty days grace period.
If the Driving Licence is not renewed five years after its expiry, then it cannot be renewed.
In case the Licence is from another State it is desirable that the applicant should bring a No Objection Certificate (N.O.C.) from the Original Licensing Authority.
The following are the documents required for renewal of a Driving Licence:

- Driving Licence
- Application –cum-declaration as to physical fitness in Form 1 (To download the Form click here)
- Medical Certificate in Form 1a (To download the Form click here)
- Three copies of the applicant’s recent photographs
